Withdrawal Form

Standard form for using your right of withdrawal. Fill it out and send it to us only if you want to cancel your purchase. You can also just e-mail us; that's equally valid.

The deadline is 14 days from the day you received the item. It's enough to let us know before the deadline.

“Send by e-mail” opens your e-mail app with the text already filled in, addressed to support@crochetstep.com. If that doesn't work, copy the text and send it yourself. We'll confirm that we've received your message.
