CrochetStep is operated by Viral Apps LLC (1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). Online payments are received by Interactive Ecommerce LLC (1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 10801, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms. Where CrochetStep is sold

CrochetStep is sold online to customers in the United States. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Free trial and subscription

CrochetStep starts with a 7-day free trial. You pay $0 today: your card is saved with our payment provider Stripe, and your bank confirms it with 3-D Secure. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically on day 8 at $9.99 USD per month, charged to the same card every month until you cancel. There is no commitment. The first charge date is shown before you confirm and in the confirmation e-mail.

We e-mail you 3 days before the first charge, with the date and the price.

Cancel online

You can cancel at any time, online: in the app under Me › Settings › Cancel subscription, or by e-mailing support@crochetstep.com. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of starting it, without giving a reason. This applies to all customers.

When you confirm, you ask us to give you access to the app right away, during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw during the free trial, you pay nothing. If you withdraw after the first charge but within the 14 days, you pay only for the days you had paid access, and we refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your notice.

To withdraw, e-mail support@crochetstep.com or use the withdrawal form. A clear statement is enough.

Refunds and problems

If something doesn't work or you're charged by mistake, contact support@crochetstep.com and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

The app

CrochetStep is a web app that works in your browser on phones, tablets and computers. You log in with the e-mail you used to subscribe.

Content

Patterns, text and videos in CrochetStep are for your personal use. You're free to crochet the projects and sell what you've made, but you may not share or sell the patterns or videos themselves.
